Todd celebrates 20 years at Morley.
Always ready to take on more roles and responsibilities, there’s little humdrum in his day-to-day. While leveraging cloud technology, with some database administration mixed in, there’s a wealth of industry insights and learning that keeps things interesting.
“It’s never the same thing,” Todd said. “I’m always doing different things when I come in.”
A recent accomplishment he’s particularly proud of is moving Morley’s outbound phone system to a cloud contact center. This transition eliminates the need for on-premises hardware and software; the infrastructure lives in the cloud.
The project is just one example of the many changes he has implemented as Morley has grown over the years.
When Todd started, there were only 250 associates at Morley.
Concealed Weapon Licensing System
Designed and developed a distributed, multi-tiered application for the Concealed Weapon Licensing process on Java’s J2EE platform, including a multi-threaded client and web application. Coordinated directly with the Michigan State Police to get the system approved to state standards.
